Christmas festivities
At many of our companies we are organizing festivities for our employees, just before the holiday season starts. Usually it includes delicious food and a gift to show our appreciation for all the hard work is done last year.
Cheque for MS Research
With the tremendous efforts of our worldwide personnel, in 2018 we raised money for the research about the disease Multiple Scleroses (MS). Our board doubled the amount money raised. Therefore Dutch skaters and Olympic medal winners, Ronald and Michel Mulder, were handed over a cheque of over 30 thousand euros.
BBQ at ITM Germany
A longtime tradition at ITM Germany. Before the summer holidays start, all colleagues gather for a nice barbecue. There is no guarantee on the weather, but we're definitely sure of lots of laughter and fun.
Mechatronica038
Working 4 days a week, go to school 1 day a week. Some new and some experienced colleagues in Kampen are back in school. They are specializing in “Operating systems in machine engineering”. In collaboration with educational institutes, ITM initiated this program called Mechatronica038.
Every Friday pizza-time at RNT
At RNT machinery, based in the Dominican Republic, they eat free pizza every Friday with their colleagues. It is very cozy and it works therapeutic: an excuse to talk, to reflect on the day, and on recent events. Eating together is a small act and yet we have a lot of fun together!
Introduction new employees
With a visit to the crafting cigar factory De Olifant and a boat trip on the IJssel river in Kampen, newest employees of ITM Kampen (SCM/TDC) have been officially welcomed in the company. During the program they learned about the history and the future of the company.
Party-time at ITM Eindhoven
ITM Eindhoven organized a small event for their employees, some pensioners and a few local suppliers, because they had successfully reached their targets. All attendees had the opportunity to admire and observe the machines in full action.
Raising money for MS Research Foundation
Colleagues from different Tembo companies participate in the Half Marathon/4EM in Zwolle. In 2018, 70 colleagues raised more than 30,000 euros for the MS Research Foundation.
GTS/SCM celebrates together
It is a tradition at GTS/SCM to celebrate office birthdays together every month. They also celebrate Father’s and Mother’s day. On this special day they receive a small gift and cake. The aim is to make the employees feel special and to create a pleasant working environment.

Our colleagues show their skills during staff parties. At the last office party, they are even featured alongside famous Dutch performers.

Great tour on a lovely day together with ITM Poland employees and family.
Mountain climbing
PMP colleagues climbed the Monte Rosa (Pennine Alps, Italy, 4634 metres in height). They reached a few of the four thousand summits, felt like winners, made great friendships and came back stronger.
Bike-friendly employer program
We stimulate our workforce to pedal to work and reward them with a financial incentive. Almost 50 colleagues in Kampen are biking to work yet.
Half marathon Radom
Dutch & Polish coworkers completed the half marathon in Radom, Poland.
